Winter Immunity Dinner
To celebrate the arrival of our latest collections, we hosted an intimate Winter Immunity Dinner inside the Dilettante store. Between courses, guests were treated to a salon-style presentation showcasing new season pieces from Uma Wang, Rick Owens, Laura B, Astier de Villatte, and welcomed the newest addition to our brand offering, Ziggy Chen.

Slinky satins from Rick Owens, the raw glamour of Laura B, and the quiet, sculptural tailoring of Uma Wang and Ziggy Chen formed a seamless dialogue—each collection distinct yet unified by a restrained, muted palette that spoke in soft, deliberate tones.

Dinner was prepared by Flossy of Lovemore Fermentary, who crafted a seasonal, nourishing menu designed to cultivate vitality and inner warmth. The dishes were paired with natural wine from Mane Liqour, and showcased biodynamic garden produce, winter vegetables grown in rhythm with the lunar cycle, and foraged indigenous herbs — a thoughtful expression of nature’s quiet abundance.
