Layby & Holds

Lay-by Policy

We offer lay-by as a convenient way for you to secure your favourite pieces while paying over time.

• Minimum Deposit: A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to initiate a lay-by.
• Lay-by Period: Lay-bys must be paid in full within 4 weeks from the date of purchase.
• Payment Schedule: Payments can be made in-store or via phone during the lay-by period. We recommend regular payments to avoid cancellation.
• Cancellation: If the lay-by is cancelled or not paid in full within the agreed period, the lay-by will be void and the 20% deposit will be forfeited.
• Refunds & Exchanges: Lay-by items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless deemed faulty or fully paid out.
• Sale Items: Lay-by is not available on discounted or promotional items.

Holds Policy

We’re happy to offer short-term holds to give you time to consider your pieces.

• Hold Duration: Items can be held for a maximum of 48 hours.
• Availability: Holds are offered at our discretion and subject to item availability and demand.
• No Deposit Required: Holds do not require a deposit, but the item is not considered secured until purchased.
• No Extensions: We are unable to extend holds beyond 48 hours due to high demand.
• Exclusions: Sale or promotional items may not be eligible for holds.
