Returns Policy

Dilettante accepts change-of-mind returns and size exchanges provided the following requirements are met:

  1. Notification of your intention to return or exchange is received at sales@dilettante.net within 7 days of delivery; and,
  2. The goods are unworn, in original condition, and with all tags in place; and,
  3. No other alterations have been made to the goods affecting their resale potential

All size exchanges are subject to availability. Please note that Dilettante does not cover return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns or size exchanges. Dilettante is not liable for the damage or loss of goods during return shipping; we recommend using a registered mail service to return your goods.

Store credit will be issued for all change-of-mind returns. Store credit will be in the form of a Dilettante Gift Card and will be issued to you via email. The Gift Card has no expiry and can be used in-store and online.

Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

Customers may return faulty goods within 30 days of purchase for an exchange, refund, or store credit (Dilettante Gift Card). After 30 days, we will assess the fault based on the product's reasonable lifespan and may offer a repair, replacement, or refund (including shipping) as appropriate under Australian Consumer Law. Please contact sales@dilettante.net outlining reasons for return to arrange for return of faulty goods.
