Denim Athena top by Rick Owens DRKSHDW in gold. Scintillating sleeveless denim top formed to cinch one shoulder, draping asymmetrically across the bodice. Crafted from black stretch denim, it is overdyed in grey and treated with a shimmering gold foil, hand-pressed to create a strikingly fractured "megacrust" texture.
The natural aspects of this treatment means the foil application is irregular and has peeled off and cracked in certain areas and will continue to do so with wear and abrasion. This is a desired visual aspect which enhances the uniqueness of each piece.
